Shipping & Delivery Policy

We know you're excited to receive your new Thermaze order, so here's what you can expect after placing an order with us.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time will normally begin processing on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will normally be processed from the next business day.

Handling Time

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we normally prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, standard UK delivery normally takes a further 5–6 business days to arrive.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Combining processing and delivery time, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Cost

We currently offer free standard UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Delivery Address

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number.

For damaged items, please include clear photos showing the issue so that we can review it and assist you as quickly as possible.
